My many clinical interests include general hematology, specifically inherited and acquired bone marrow failure syndromes, immune thrombocytopenia, inherited and acquired hemolytic anemias, iron metabolism, disorders of bleeding and clotting, and vascular birthmarks, malformations and tumors

The doctor was really helpful at referring me to other departments and let me know what I improved on since the last time.
Great experience thus far!
This was our first visit and I was very impressed. I was impressed with the staff acknowledging my 5 year old and asking her questions. They saw her as a person! The nurse was very professional!! Dr. Nakano was amazing!! He interacted with my daughter, nobody in her past treatment has done that. She even talked about him after the appointment. He truly listened to me and for that I'm grateful. I'm so grateful for the professionalism that we received!!!
Good information on blood tests
Amazing
I dislike the self check-in process. It feels long and tedious, especially when there is staff available at a desk just a few feet away. Please consider offering self check-in as an option, but allowing in-person check-in if patients/caregivers prefer.
Love the infusion lab and all the employees. They are kind, knowledgeable and respectful.
The check in process was the only problem today. They didn't have our appointment, and we had to look it up for them on my chart before they could find it. The check in person acted like they were doing us a favor even though we had an appointment. They were unorganized and took forever.
Dr. Nakano is hands down amazing. Extremely thorough, extremely knowledgeable, well worth the wait. He spent a lot, a lot of time with us and has been the best provider we've seen about our daughter's issue. We thank him very much. Yes, just an excellent, amazing doctor. Thank you.
