Very kind, and examined my baby very well.
Friendly, cordial, bilingual, speaks Spanish very well, with great humility and charisma.
I really liked the way they treated my baby.
Appointments were right on schedule for every visit - never had to wait. The volunteer escort to the Xray was super warm and friendly. The individual (nurse?) that did the splinting/casting was very nice and informative, explaining every step of the process. And the NP (Blaine Allen) was also very friendly, did a great job explaining the xray results and plan, and made us feel very comfortable and positive with each visit.
I didn't expect that doctor.
That doctor didn't do anything; he shouldn't have been there.

Blaine Allen was great. I had questions about my kids' casts and I was having a hard time making a decision on what kind of cast and he reiterated and reiterated and reiterated the choices to me in different ways to help me understand them and he was very thoughtful and humored all of my questions and that means a lot to a parent.
