We had a great experience we were a little scared going in, but felt very confident once talking to the providers, and the nurse was amazing and explained everything that we needed to do for aftercare. I felt very confident leaving the facility that if anything were to happen, I could contact them and get answers. When the time came and I didn't have to contact them back, they were very calm and helped put my mind at ease and told me what I needed to do and then followed up five minutes after to make sure everything was OK. I really appreciated that as a first time parent

They said the testicular pain happened to him because his abdominal full with a stool And that was not the case. Because how many times you heared that a man has alot of stool in his body that cause him a lot of testicular pain? But the talk with us good Respect good But couldn't say why my son in such big pain .

So. The nurses are great people I ever met . They care they respect they are angles. The Doctors are respect, listen But they couldn't diagnosis his sickness and pain .

I was able to say all my questions and have them answered.

This experience helped me discuss a little more with my son than he initially shared. So it did give me a little peace of mind.

I would have liked more of a discussion about all options and more help deciding with the doctor and my son next steps. I must say my son is very shy, because of this I am sure we will not move forward with the care he was hoping for.

Brian Miller is phenomenal! I have brought my young daughter to him twice now. He is super caring and patient, extremely knowledgeable, and he completely put me at ease. By far the best provider I've ever seen. The young male medical assistant was also great- I didn't get his name. Thank you for the excellent patient care!

The doctor was extremely professional and he was really wonderful with my son. He explained to my son that mommy needed to be there in order to look at things, and he explained everything to us by showing us and really helped us feel at peace about what our primary care physician was worried about. We really appreciated this doctor.
