She was very informative and made my son feel comfortable and didn't dismiss my concerns or questions and stated that my observations were invaluable in her assessment of my child. She helped calm my son's worry about what to do going forward and treated both of us with the utmost professionalism and care.

I am very pleased with Children's Colorado in Colorado Springs. One thing I would like to mention is that the ER Dr. that I interacted with on the day of my visit didn't have the best bedside manner. He also put in his notes that I had "encouraged" my daughter to walk on her leg that after x-rays was determined to be broken. That was not what I communicated to him at any point. Other than that, I received great care at this hospital.
