Everybody was patient and engaged with my child. It was quick and straightforward. We felt relieved and supported by all.
Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and assisted for check in. Then, my child was warmly greeted - we were offered a beverage, snack and a toy - this instantly eased my child's nerves and made them feel happy and comfortable.
