Lab results took awhile for provider to explain

She asked my son a lot of questions and spoke directly to him and if she needed more information or more clarification she would ask me. She included us both equally in the conversation. She answered all our questions and listened to our concerns

She is very thorough with her questions and we really feel heard.

10/10 experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do and that Children's must be a good employer.

I have been attending with my daughter at least twice a year for the past 15 years of her life, and I can say with certainty that each and every one of those times the receptionists, the nurses, the translation staff and the doctors and/or specialists, all of whom have treated us for various reasons, have been the most kind and patient with my daughter as a patient and with me as her mother.
