The doctor was amazing and very kind. She was patient and listened very well. Some of the nurses seemed kind too, although I didn't really speak to them as much. I loved the doctor though, 10/10. Wait time wasn't too long, and there were tons of people waiting so I appreciated that having a toddler. As far as a medical experience goes (...we try to have very little of them...) it was pleasant, and the facility was nice.

Dr. Melissa Raines is great at what she does. She's personable. She's great with my son. She is patient and she makes sure that we completely understand what is going on with his health and what is going on going forward. We really appreciate her.

The perks in the lobby from the McDonald House were great, but delayed me in completing the check in forms! The clinic was so quick that I didn't have time until after the nurse had gone through her questions!

She was patient and explained treatment options well, she didn't overwhelm me with information. She seemed to be great with her PA in training. She also gave me clear options for next steps.
