Open and clear communication. They were definitely behind and there was some back and forth on who would cast him and color choices. The person actually applying the cast wasn't very open and hard to talk to. Also kind of odd that a hospital of this size doesn't offer any casting alternatives, like waterproof options. And when I asked they didn't provide any additional detail other than 'no we don't do that.'

Nicole and Dr Wilson are a great team and are so great with my kids

The provider was so kind to see us sooner than the line of people in front of us. Unfortunately we didn't see her until 1.5 hours after our appointment time. Everything was awesome except for the wait time.

They are dealing with children and parents. It is important to listen to all sides for proper treatment.

She didn't listen to my concerns and didn't have bedside manner. The concern I had was overlooked and ignored after many attempts of trying to speak about it. She was on her own agenda and did think my conversation on concerns was of importance to her. The tech had an attitude and came in with his own idea of what needed to be done beside what was told.

The check-in staff were exceptional, whether working with us or other patients/families. I really appreciated the time that the doctor and trainer spent with us. Truly a great experience all around.
