Just super easy from scheduling to discharge instructions. Great job

Getting an urgent appointment was very smooth and they got us in within 2 days of the injury. Dr.Howell was very kind and informative. He was thorough with his examination and really treated my son with respect and included him in his care. He has a fantastic bedside manner. The trainer explained the next steps and answered all our other questions. Really a great visit.

The only frustration I had through the whole experience is with your portal. My provider told me to follow up via the portal to let him or his athletic trainer know if we were able to get an MRI completed that night. Well, we were able to get the MRI completed and when I went into the portal, there is no method for me to contact either the provider or the trainer. My only option was to try to schedule an appointment, which is not what I was looking to do and I probably spent 40 minutes trying to figure out how to contact him so that he would know we got the MRI. So extremely frustrating.
