Visitor Guidelines

We know how important it is to spend time with your loved one while they’re in the hospital. We welcome and encourage visits that provide comfort and support during their stay. To help create a safe, comfortable environment for patients, families and team members, visitors must follow these guidelines.

Exceptions for all visits

Any patient or visitor with a disability who needs help with medical or behavioral healthcare, daily activities, communication, decision-making or staying safe may have a designated support person with them.

Patient visitor reminders

• All patients and visitors must pass a health screening to visit.  
• Do not visit if you're sick or have cold or flu symptoms. In some cases, visitors who are ill or have been exposed to illness may be asked to leave.
• Visitors with respiratory illness symptoms or a recent illness exposure should wear a hospital-provided mask.
• Please bring a photo ID with you. We will check it against the approved caregiver or visitor list and give you a visitor ID sticker.  
• The welcome desk can assist with directions.
• Do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended.

Service animals and other policies

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for patients, families and visitors. Service animals are welcome in accordance with our service animal policy.
